How long will it take to implement InPension?
For new DPLK, training, UAT, and module adjustments are sufficient for 1 to 2 months and run parallel to the OJK permit process. We also help demo the system to regulators, so that the system goes live immediately when the decree is issued.
Can you move to a gradual system?
Can. Starting from the most urgent modules, for example participant portals, investments, or accounting and reporting. The module is connected via API to a running system.
Can the system be installed on our server?
Can. InPension can be installed on DPLK infrastructure to support data center obligations in Indonesia, with separate test, UAT and production environments.
Can participants and company HRD use the application?
Can. Participants and company HR monitor balances, contributions, reports, package transfers and claims from the web or application, so that the burden on branches and call centers decreases.
